Kale and Cranberry Salad

Dried Cranberries
Asiago Cheese
Olive Oil
Pine Nuts (optional)
Steam desired mount of kale for 5 minutes. Chop. Toss in bowl with dried cranberries, thinly sliced asiago cheese and pine nuts if you are using. Drizzle with olive oil. Serve.
This is a wonderful simple, light and healthy salad and very festive this time of year. Enjoy!
