These are one of my favorite things to make for breakfast. They are a lot like German pancakes/puffed pancakes, but I think they are way better!
1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon white sugar
Melt butter and add milk
Add flour all at once
Remove from heat, mix in eggs, one at a time
sprinkle sugar on top
Pre- heat oven to 375. Cook for 30 mins.
(I made these with whole wheat flour, they are still really good just dont cook as long)
We eat them with jam and whipped cream.
They are especially good with peach jam. Yum!
